Clayton is responsible for the overall management of the company including the overseeing of systems and process development, client relations, and its vision for the future. Prior to joining Hall Underwriting and Consulting, Clayton built the closed loan conduit and oversaw the processing and delivery of over 100 billion dollars of loans to investment and top tier banks during his tenure with Lydian Data Services. Clayton has 20 years of experience in the mortgage and financial service industry and has held positions in sales, secondary marketing, underwriting and operations, including senior positions with Delta Funding and Fidelity Mortgage. Clayton is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Oswego, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Griff oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including client reporting and transaction management on both a bulk and flow basis, as well as assisting the CEO in various capacities. Prior to his employment with Hall Underwriting and Consulting, Griff was responsible for bulk transaction management with Lydian Data Services as well as Office Tiger Global Real Estate, formally MortgageRamp, for 7 years. Griff is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce & Business Administration.

Julia is responsible for orchestration and management of Hall’s Information Technology and Systems Solutions Consulting. She has extensive experience, covering 28 years in the Information Technology, Banking and Finance Industries, with particular strengths in Operations Management, Software Development, Client Relationship and Project Management. She was a member of Lydian Data Services Management Team with various responsibilities to include systems & services implementation, project & product management, and sales support. Julia held senior positions at First Union Bank and Electronic Data Systems Corporation (“EDS”), in addition to several financial services consulting assignments.

The company was established in 1989 by Andrew J. Hall for the purpose of providing quality mortgage loan file due diligence for Wall Street firms, banks, and other investors that were purchasing loans from the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Since that time Hall Underwriting has grown and evolved, expanding it's service offerings from basic residential due diligence, by adding multiple levels of mortgage loan analysis along with IT and Operational Solution Services. Hall Underwriting’s client list includes investment banks, mortgage lenders, institutional investors, government agencies, credit unions, and mortgage insurance companies. In 2009 Hall Underwriting lost a visionary and its founder, Andy Hall, to cancer. Throughout his 35 year career in the mortgage and consumer finance industry Andy provided his customers with unparalleled quality and customer service. He was known for “telling it like it is” when it came to his loan analysis. Andy was respected and loved by those who worked for him and those he worked for. Prior to his employment at Hall, Miguel was Director of Operations at Lydian Data services, where he managed two client accounts for the compliance and credit due diligence review, customer service and servicing transfer functions. Miguel started his career at the Savings and Loan industry, where he held positions in underwriting management and credit risk management. Miguel is a graduate of the George Washington University, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
